- Opening an account in a third party's name or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Information Verification
betbaji may at any time request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. If the required information is not provided within the set timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All services on betbaji are for persons aged 21 or above only. Opening an account or placing bets on this platform is completely prohibited for minors.
3.1 KYC Process

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — making the balance ৳3,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. That means the wagering requirement for a ৳2,000 bonus would be ৳40,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
- If wagering is not completed within the bonus's active period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus terms are met, winnings related to that bonus may be cancelled.

Betting Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
- Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in certain specific cases.
- In-play betting after an event has started is fully subject to betbaji's terms.
- If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, betbaji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, a decision on that bet will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.
6.2 Odds and Result Determination
betbaji sets odds independently and has the authority to close or change the market for any event. The international rules of the relevant sport are followed in determining results. In the case of disputed results, betbaji's decision is final.
6.3 Maximum Payout
A maximum win limit may be set for each event or game category. This limit varies by event and is displayed before a bet is placed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited in order to maintain the integrity of betbaji's services:
7.1 Fraud and Manipulation
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Match-fixing or placing bets using prior knowledge of an event's result.
- Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to intrude into betbaji's systems or carrying out a cyber attack.
7.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
betbaji complies with international standards against money laundering and terrorist financing. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account concerned will be brought under investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
7.3 Platform Misuse
- Harassing or intimidating other users.
- Attempting to damage betbaji's reputation by spreading false information.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Account Suspension and Closure
betbaji may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A serious breach of these Terms.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity being found.
- No activity on the account for an extended period.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
8.1 Balance After Suspension
If the reason for closing the account is not fraud or a breach of the Terms, betbaji will consider returning the outstanding balance. However, no withdrawals will be processed while an investigation is ongoing.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they can contact the betbaji support team via live chat or email. All pending bets and withdrawals will be settled before closure.
Limitation of Liability
betbaji bears no responsibility in the following cases:
- Delay or failure in placing a bet due to internet connection issues.
- Issues related to third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or deliberate actions.
- Discrepancies in bet or game outcomes due to unexpected technical errors.
9.1 Service Availability
